,Under the leading of the HOLY SPIRIT, on JULY 12, 2010
Pastors Patrick and Liz Scales founded Shield of Faith Family Church which has since been changed to Upper Room Church (URC) which began in the Pastors home in Chino Hills, CA. Back then we started with just 7 members and God added to the church daily. Not long afterward, we relocated and shared a small church space in Corona, CA. We continued to grow so then we moved to Rubidoux in Riverside, CA. We outgrew that building as well and needed to find a larger building. A building opened up for us in Fontana, CA
We continued to preach and increase after some years. Therefore we needed to relocate to a larger building. In the city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Over many years we had outgrown every building God had given to us. Glory Be To God!
Upper Room Church (U R Church) is a Christian, Multicultural Family Church. We are a Bible-teaching, Holy Spirit filled, Mission minded church that loves the Lord with all our hearts and with all our Souls and all our minds.
